The Food Safety Culture Toolkit is an ever-expanding, multimedia resource created by The Alliance to Stop Foodborne Illness. It is completely FREE to access and is optimized for small- and medium-sized food companies, but can be used by any enterprise.
The Toolkit is the proud recipient of the 2024 IAFP Food Safety Innovation Award for its groundbreaking development of accessible resources for advancing food safety culture.
Culture is the learned and shared values, beliefs, and norms that affect behaviors towards food safety throughout an organization. A strong, positive food safety culture can help protect consumers from foodborne illness and, in turn, an organization’s reputation.
