By submitting your story and photographs to STOP you authorize STOP to use your text description and photographs in connection with STOP’s services. STOP may copy, exhibit, publish, and/or distribute these photographs (including composite and artistic representations) and stories both in print and electronically in conjunction with STOP’s program activities, outreach, promotion, and any other lawful purpose.

By submitting your story and photographs to STOP, you acknowledge and guarantee that you are the rightful owner of the text and image(s), and have the full legal capacity to enter in this agreement. STOP is not responsible for any copyright infringements or third party claims that may occur as a result of your submission.

STOP agrees not to sell any of the images that you provide STOP to any other organization. Your providing of images to STOP acknowledges that no payment or other compensation will be made to you or the person(s) portrayed in the photograph(s) by STOP.

STOP reserves the right to remove any text and photographs posted at any time for any reason whatsoever, as determined by STOP’s sole discretion.

Donor Privacy

STOP is committed to honoring STOP’s donors’ privacy, including protecting any personally identifiable funding information.

All online donations go through the payment processing services of Blackbaud Merchant Services, a payment processing solution compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. STOP does not keep any records of a particular donor’s credit card information. STOP does not sell, trade, or rent donors’ names or addresses, including email addresses, to others. All contact information and identifiable funding information for any donor is used for internal purposes only and is neither published nor distributed unless required by law.
