Cause Champion - $250.00 - By donating at this level, your loved one's name will be featured at the top of STOP's E-alerts as well as on our website for your chosen month, and be placed in our newsletter and annual report. Mission Champion - $500.00 – By donating at this level, your loved one's photo and name will be featured at the top of STOP's E-alerts as well as on our website for your chosen month, and be placed in our newsletter and annual report. Like the "Cause Champion," you will receive a STOP Foodborne Illness magnet, but in addition you will receive a reusable STOP Foodborne Illness grocery bag.

Vision Champion - $1,000.00 - By donating at this level, your loved one's name, photo, and a personalized message from you will be featured at the top of STOP's E-alerts as well as on our website for your chosen month, and be placed in our newsletter and annual report. Like the "Mission Champion," you will receive a STOP Foodborne Illness magnet and grocery bag, but in addition you will receive a customized STOP Foodborne Illness mouse pad.
